Success Factors

Business Success

The Valencia Smart City project is an example of the potential value of integrating systems of records data (e.g. enterprise resource planning [ERP] and citizen registries) with feeds from IoT and edge computing. The Valencia initiative includes a good practice related to business impact of edge computing because of how it uses the data integrated on the platform to improve citizen services.
